The College is functioning at its permanent building at Gokak Athani Main Road Harugeri campus of 14.08 acres. The college buildings are architecturally designed and built as per the CCIM and CCH norm.

The Shri Siddhivinayaka Rural PG M.Ed College at Harugeri, was established in 2010-11 Shri Siddhivinayaka Rural College of Education (B.Ed) at Harugeri was established in 2004-05 and Siddhivinayaka Rural T.T.I D.Ed) at Harugeri, was established in 2006-07 He was also instrumental in starting "The Academy for the Blind" and "Home for the Aged"under the community service programmes of the Lions Club.
